Error Messages

When the system cannot find the name in your search, returns no search results, or has another issue, OCIS may display an error message. To resolve these issues, try the following:

• Ensure the name being searched has at least 2 letters and try your search again.
• Refresh the page or reload the browser and try your search again.
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions again, if needed.
• Review any red Disclaimers and Acknowledge them again, if needed.
