This document is a quick reference of action icons and activity navigation buttons used on the Virginia Date of Birth Confirmation (VDBC) system screens.

Action Icons

VDBC Icons and descriptions are listed below.

Icons	Description
	Enable (grant) the registrant administrative privileges.
	Disable (remove) the registrant’s administrative privileges.
	Edit organization and registrant account information.
	Reset registrant password.
	Unlock registrant accounts.
	Delete registrant profiles from the current system.
	Access the Organization and User Activity history.
	Social Security Number or Driver’s License Number and Driver’s License State entry match.
	Social Security Number or Driver’s License Number and Driver’s License State entry does not match.
	Social Security Number or or Driver’s License Number and Driver’s License State entry are not present for this case.

Navigation Buttons

VDBC Navigation buttons and descriptions are listed in alphabetical order.

Navigation Buttons	Description
	Apply (OK) agrees to the action.
	Back returns to the previous screen.
	Cancel abandons the action.
	Clears field entries.
	Done (OK) agrees to the action.
	Log users into the system.
	Adds New User to the system.
	OK agrees to the action.
	Saves the entry or update.
	Submit (OK) agrees to the action.
	Submits Registration for a VDBC account.
