Electronic Voucher Payment System (EVPS), Version 8.0.0 is certified for release on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Application Modifications

All Vendors

Electronic Invoicing for DC-40: Other Vendors

EVPS now allows All Vendor Types to submit DC-40 electronic invoices directly through the system.

 

Vendors may register in EVPS and submit invoices using applicable Chart of Allowances codes as a part of the DC-40 vendor invoice process. 

 

Chart of Allowances Selection Updates

Chart of Allowances §16.1-241: Categories have been removed. This code has been disabled for use in General District Courts (DC40E-6303).

 

Chart of Allowances §19.2-327.1: This code has been disabled for use in General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts (DC40E-14078).

 

Chart of Allowances §16.1-267: This code has been disabled for use in General District Courts (DC40E-14711).

 

Chart of Allowances §64.2-2008: “Final Order” category in the attachments section has been removed (DC40E-15405).

 

Vendor Selection Pop-up

Attorneys and Court Reporters will now see a pop-up for the following code sections that requires them to select the service type (DC40E-14960).

  2. §19.2-163
  3. §19.2-326

Recent Judges List

EVPS will now allow users to remove judge names from their “Recent Judges” on the Select Case Judge window (DC40E-16250). Up to 12 of the most recently used judges will be displayed.

 

Extradition Warrant

EVPS will cap the statutory fee at $330 for Chart of Allowances code §19.2-163 when the associated original code section is either §19.2-99 or §19.2-100 (DC40E-16616).
